Most of our products are shipped frozen for quality reasons.

Our products cannot be shipped to some areas, such as remote islands where delivery takes more than 3 days.

Free shipping is available for room temperature items with a minimum order value of 5,000 yen, and free shipping is available nationwide for cool items.

If the product you ordered is mixed with refrigerated or room temperature products, separate shipping charges will be incurred. 

 Orders for delivery to areas that require 2 days for delivery will not be returned or exchanged in case of inability to receive them. That is due to expiration of the product's shelf life.
