This site is owned by KT2 LLC. (“we,” including its conjugated form, “our,” “us” or “ours”). We respect consumer privacy and are committed to protecting it in accordance with this privacy policy and the Personal Information Protection Law.

 

 This privacy policy applies to the collection, use and disclosure by us of personal information that we may collect. The type of information includes your name, address, phone number,

e-mail address, and other information necessary for transactions and communications (“personal information”).

 

 

Use of Personal Information

We use personal information for the following purposes

1) We use your name, address, phone number, and other contact information to ship products to you and bill you for them. We may also use your credit card number, bank account, and other payment information in relation to billing.

2) To contact and confirm the contents of your order and delivery method, we use your name, address, e-mail address, and other contact information, as well as the type and quantity of products you ordered and the amount you were billed.

3) To inform you of our campaigns, products, and services, we use your order history and contact information such as your name, address, and e-mail address.

4) To improve our services, we use customer opinions, survey results, and usage history.

5) We use your name, address, e-mail address, and other contact information to respond to your requests and inquiries.

6) We will provide Yahoo Japan Corporation with information such as the type and quantity of products ordered, and the amount billed so that you can view the status of your order.

7) In order to refuse the use of our services to those who order products for fraudulent purposes, we will provide Yahoo Japan Corporation with the customer's name, address, the type and quantity of products, the amount, and other information related to transactions that we determine have been used for fraudulent purposes.

 

Personal Information Management

We will manage personal information under the following system:

 

1) We establish the necessary internal systems in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Law and guidelines and obtain written pledges from employees that they will handle personal information properly.

2) We limit the use of personal information to only our employees who need it for business purposes, establish rules for the storage and management of media containing personal information, and take other precautions to protect personal information.

3) For personal information stored in the system, we will prepare accounts and passwords so that only our employees who need to use the information for in business purposes can use it and implement access authority management. The accounts and passwords shall be strictly managed to prevent leakage or loss.

4) For security purposes when transmitting data related to personal information via the Internet, we use SSL, an industry-standard encrypted communication method, for necessary web pages.

5) Personal information will be deleted at any time after a certain period has elapsed from the time of receipt, provided that this does not interfere with our services.

 

 

Provision of Information to Third Parties

When you place an order, you should understand this Privacy Policy and agree to the provision of information as described in 1. 6) and 7) above. We are obliged to adopt a strict management system for the information provided to Yahoo Japan Corporation in accordance with the privacy policy stipulated by Yahoo Japan Corporation.

 

Disclosure of Personal Information

1) We will not disclose personal information to third parties without your consent. However, this does not apply to the following cases.

-             When requested to do so by a court of law, the police, or other public agency in             accordance the laws and regulations.

-            When there are special provisions in laws and regulations.

-            When there is a risk of harm to the life, body, or property of the customer or a third party, and consent cannot be obtained from the person in question.

2) When it is necessary to protect or defend our rights, property, or services from actions in violation of laws, regulations, or our Terms of Use and Precautions, and when we are unable to obtain the consent of the customer.

2) When a customer requests disclosure of his/her personal information, we will disclose the information only when we are able to confirm the identity of the customer.

  Note: Method of identification

  Please send a copy of proof of identity (driver's license, insurance card, etc.) to us.

  We will verify the content of the information and disclose it as soon as the identity of the person is clarified.
