This fluffy but moist roll dough mixed with lemon peel and lemons grown in the sea breezes of the Seto Inland Sea are combined with fresh Hokkaido cream to create a delicious roll cake with a fresh flavor that spreads in your mouth. When you eat this roll cake, you can fully enjoy the fluffy texture and the slightly sour taste of the lemon.

How to enjoy this delicious roll cake: Defrost naturally in the refrigerator (about 8 hours).

Expiration date: 8 weeks if stored frozen, 2 days including thawing date if thawed. 

Storage: Store at 10°C or below for refrigeration, for freezing, store at -20°C.

Please do not refreeze the roll cake once it has been thawed, as refreezing increases the risk of food poisoning.

This product is shipped frozen for quality reasons.
